In the event any information about a product is incorrect (e.g.  price etc), P&J by Design reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that incorrectly described item. In the event of such a refusal or cancellation of an order and your chosen payment method has been charged, P&J by Design shall issue a credit to that chosen payment method in the amount of the cancelled order.

P&J by Design will NOT accept refunds . Everything is made to order and therefore no returns or replacements will be accepted. Please choose carefully.

Please note that P&J by Design is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all due to an event beyond its reasonable control, such as war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster, or pandemic. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or unclaimed packages, and it is your responsibility to track your order and to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided.

Finally, you may not use the website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including distributing abusive, unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
